Refund Policy

At Fazaa Privilege Cards, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for membership fees and other purchases made through our website or at our office.

Membership Fee Refunds

We offer a limited refund policy for Fazaa privilege card membership fees under the following conditions:

  • Cooling-Off Period: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a new membership if you have not activated or used your Fazaa privilege card.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the Fazaa privilege program services, you may request a partial refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be prorated based on the remaining membership period, less an administrative fee of 100 AED.
  • Membership Renewals: Automatic membership renewals may be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal date, provided the renewed membership benefits have not been used.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • After the specified refund periods mentioned above have elapsed.
  • If the Fazaa privilege card has been used to obtain discounts, benefits, or accumulate points.
  • If membership is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • For any additional services or add-ons purchased separately from the basic membership.
  • If the membership was purchased as part of a special promotion or discount offer that explicitly stated it was non-refundable.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your membership details, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Submit any supporting documentation that may be required to process your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 business days.

Processing Fees

Please note that certain payment processors or banks may charge transaction fees for refunds, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Fazaa Privilege Cards is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks.

Product Purchases

For physical products purchased through our website or office (such as gift cards or merchandise):

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund.
  • Damaged or defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you need to request a refund outside of these policy guidelines due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies, relocation outside the UAE, etc.), please contact our customer service team. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
